The staff is attentive here, the services are great, and location is ideal really close to the Cathedral, Restaurants/shops.

I had a such great stay with a breakfast included and thoroughly enjoyed the location, it was unbeatable and right near the main square. The room was cheap and had a convenient design.

This place was magnificent and the staff was thorough. The hotel had a very central location and it was just a walk down to Main Square.

I loved the place and its staff and location. The rooms with a sunny patio, included breakfast and 2 double beds.
Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

There was an above average breakfast, and Colonial decor. The beds were really big in the beautiful bedroom. Secluded sand beach was adjacent to the hotel. Brilliant restaurant provided vegetarian dishes.
Mouldy bathroom, Wi-Fi was bad.

I liked the lobby, it was beautiful. The restaurant was affordable and fairly clean. The smooth check-in process too. Furthermore, it had free WiFi throughout the property. Highly recommended for honeymoon...

Great place for exploring Merida. The pool area was nice, bed was comfortable. Centrally located for us. Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

Room was a great value for money. Thanks to doorman. Found La Chaya Maya, set right at the hotel, ate there a few times. Moreover, we parked nearby.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like La Chaya Maya that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We parked in a free parking nearby. We greatly enjoyed everything
